Wiring Diagram

This module is in development for Phase 2. The Wiring Diagram will render an interactive organizational chart of the federal executive branch, with proposed reassignments among the seven Mission Domains tagged by required authority (Tier 2 reorganization statute / Tier 3 constitutional establishment).
